30,000 Service I took my Forester in for its 30,000 service and waited in the dealership. I expected it to take a while since it requires an oil change, tire rotation, etc and includes a car wash. It took a little over 2 hours - what the service rep told me to expect. The car was returned clean and with a good report card. The service rep was courteous, organized and informed. Glanzmann has been a great dealership for me so far! More

Got there around 6:00 pm with a battery problem Chris Waldron listened to me discuss my issue with my car. Within an hour the problem was fixed. In addition, they updated some of the software and Chris Waldron listened to me discuss my issue with my car. Within an hour the problem was fixed. In addition, they updated some of the software and even washed the car. Since the car was still under warranty, there was no charge. I have a great local auto repair shop that I use for routine maintenance such as an oil change, so I do not take my car to Glanzmann often. Getting to Jenkintown is a little inconvenient, but anytime I have had to go to Glanzmann for service, they have done an outstanding job. More
