36K Service Service is always good at Glanzmann. They explain what they're doing, how much it will cost, how long it will take. My only complaint is that I prep Service is always good at Glanzmann. My only complaint is that I prepaid 6 service visits as a service contract as part of the purchase of my car and the service desk never has this information and tries to charge me for the visit. I've had to explain it every time. More

Wonderful Service Just wanted to express how nicely I was treated when I brought my car in last night. Tyler greeted me so nicely even though it was after 6pm. He had my tires checked and kept me up to date with what was going on. He was a complete professional and very nice to deal work with while I waited to see if I was getting a flat tire. The service department is really good but last night Tyler made me feel very welcomed. What a wonder service experience. More

The vehicle passed inspection but he took the time to point out a few incidental items of which I should be aware. All minor but nice to know and I will attend to myself. Eric was extremely courteous and friendly as are all the staff I have ever dealt with in the past. I was in and out the door in 90 minutes. Wow! A great place to do business. More
Service on 2017 Impreza was excellent. Eric Wilson quickly diagnosed problem with Right Rear Hub Bearing of my 2017 Impreza and had the problem fixed by Hector Rodriquez. It was my good fortune t Having bought my 2013 Legacy sedan a year ago, it was time for the free inspection and oil change that the dealer offers. It was my good fortune to have Chris Waldron as my Service Advisor. Never having stayed before while a car was being serviced, he was helpful in keeping me up to date. Plus, it would seem the battery had never been replaced, and seemed low. However, there was no pressure to buy a new one and when I declined the offer it was no problem...just to be aware of warning signs eventually. He's and pleasant guy, Please give him a raise!!! More
