Every time I go to Glanzmann everything is organized, everyone is very professional and it is a pleasant experience. No stress ! First of all - I want to thank Eric Wilson for squeezing me in for an appointment as they are extremely busy. Eric goes above and beyond with customer service to keep you informed with updates of your vehicle's service visit and even organizes transportation to/from the train station. I have dealt with him in the past and will continue in the future. Glanzmann's new service center is fantastic! Waiting area is spacious and a great variety of snacks are available. Upon my visit to the show room, John Stiles was very knowledgeable, even to the extreme he had extensive information to convey to us, as he actually attended the NY car show - talking about going the extra mile. He did that on his time to be able to provide the necessary information to potential buyers on what to expect wit the new models and was able to explain in detail the many changes and upgrades in the entire Subaru line.
