This Service Department is the BEST - Dealing with Sam Simkins - Stephanie Morales - and Wanda made what was a serious problem for me easy to deal wit This Service Department is the BEST - Dealing with Sam Simkins - Stephanie Morales - and Wanda made what was a serious problem for me easy to deal with. Stephanie and Wanda were kind enough to guide me via telephone so that I was able to get the car to the service department. The problem was taken care of over-night and the car returned earlier than I had expected thanks to Sam. May I say I feel sorry for the people that do not know about Glanzmann and the all around service you receive from all departments. Thank you!!! More

Inspection, Oil Change & Tire Rotation Required Pa Inspection and also had an oil change and tire rotation. Extremely happy with the service attendant Eric Wilson. To help me through my first service experience with Glazmann Subaru. I was shocked at how far in advance that I needed to make Sam appointment to get this done. I started to make the appointment on 7/11/18 and was told that the first available appointment was 8/14/18. So that is why I was shocked. Your schedulers Shara and Wanda helped me through numerous phone call and checking cancellations to get my done but the due date of 7/31/18. So end of the day I was a happy camper! Again very happy with the service attendant Eric Wilson who I would give a 5 star rating to as well as the waiting area and complimentary drinks etc. I just wish that I would have know about the scheduling issue and having to make numerous phone calls that many went to voice mail. Next time i’ll Know to call way in advance. More

Wanda and Tony I had a routine maintenance appointment for an oil change and my fan for the AC was blowing inconsistently when I had a low oil light and oil spot und I had a routine maintenance appointment for an oil change and my fan for the AC was blowing inconsistently when I had a low oil light and oil spot under my car. I called and spoke to Wanda, she was peninsular! She ensured she would try to fit me in sooner even though they were booked for a month. She called me back within the hour and said she spoke to her manager and got me an appointment. When I showed up to drop my car off, I was helped by Tony. Wanda heard our conversation and came over and filled in Tony on our entire conversation. Toy was great and went out of his way to try and find me a loaner. More

Wonderful customer service I heard a whistle coming from my front passenger window. My husband called for a service appointment and easily set that up. They offer him a loaner I heard a whistle coming from my front passenger window. My husband called for a service appointment and easily set that up. They offer him a loaner car for the day without him even asking. When it came time to drop off my car, Eric W., the service rep, was expecting me. My paperwork was there and the loaner was ready for me to take. Eric called and explained that they were unable to fix the problem today and a part had to be order. Two days later, I got a call, the part is in and I just need to come back to get it fixed. Thanks for the great service Eric. I bought a used Outback from Dana and I just love it!
