WOW, these women ROCK. I went into the dealership service area because my regular mechanic (family friend) was on vacation and I needed my headlight replaced. I had called a few area shops, PEPBOYS, NTB, tiresPLUS, etc to price headlamp and service fees. I had gotten some very pricey quotes and explanations of having to take off my bumper, etc, etc... I decided I would Google instructions and if I could, replace it myself. So I went to buy the bulb. Well, the women there, were all so friendly and knowledgeable. They told me they could have it done for me NOW and since I had less than 36 thousand miles on my car, it would be FREE, under warranty!!! I also got a complimentary car wash!!!! In and out of there in less than 30 minutes. It was awesome, I will definitely use their EXPRESS service again. I think I have a new service provider. (sorry family friend) hope you understand. Battery management update Our battery died on Wednesday, 4/25/2018, with no warning. We had it jumped by AAA and drove it to the dealer. As it turned out, the battery, electr Our battery died on Wednesday, 4/25/2018, with no warning. We had it jumped by AAA and drove it to the dealer. As it turned out, the battery, electrical system, etc. tested fine. Stephanie Morales had the service technician check for a battery management TSB (11-176-17 issued in late 2017) that updates the battery management program for short trip (city) drivers, which is probably a majority of drivers today. Our only concern is that the car was just in the shop for normal oil change and status check in February and the battery was supposedly checked. We were told that the battery was around 80% at that time but there was no discussion regarding replacing the battery or review of outstanding TSBs that might improve the battery life. We were pleased with the service provided by Glanzmann personnel but will be pursuing this battery management issue with Subaru to determine why there was no recall on this issue. According to our research on the internet, this issue seems to affect multiple model years. We could have been much further away from home and replacement of the battery would have been costly and the wrong action since the new battery would have been drained by this same issue. More

Another pleasant experience This was a visit for state inspection and routine maintenance.. I was told upfront about how long the process would be. I was actually happy to hear it would may be over an hour, because it meant I could get a break from my busy day. So I just settled myself in one of the comfortable chairs near the TV and sat back with the complimentary snacks and hot chocolate. Jonathan was very polite. He asked me respectfully how I would like to be addressed (by my last name or first name). He texted me during the wait to see if I needed anything. The service was done in just over an hour, including the complimentary wash. I love this place and am really grateful for the expert service. More
