Tried to fake a Fix The day I purchased my Subaru the salesman stripped the nut for the license plate and neglected to mention it. We took it back as I did not want the The day I purchased my Subaru the salesman stripped the nut for the license plate and neglected to mention it. We took it back as I did not want the plate flopping around, it was a new car and should be perfect. My husband took it back with a scheduled appointment. They made him wait 2 hours and when he returned home, he realized it was not fixed, the mechanic rigged it to look ok, but it was not fixed. This required a second visit. My husband tried to tell the service writer how upset and annoyed he was by this issue. (It's small but where else do the mechanics cut corners?), the service writer did not acknowledge his complaint or even apologize. This makes me very suspicious of their ethics. More

Great service experience While not my regular mechanic due to distance from my home, I took my car in for a recall issue. Scheduling the service on line was easy. Eric was great and kept me posted along the way. I was able to work remotely from the waiting area because they had strong internet access and work stations, so I didn't have to take time off work for this appointment. Service issue was completed and they even sent my car through the car wash. The service department seems like a well-oiled machine and I was extremely happy with my experience. More
