Standard inspection Had my car in for its annual inspection today (2/5/18). While they were running the inspection tests, some other minor issues were noticed, including a rear tire that was slowly leaking and had caused the tire pressure monitor to come on. The tire pressure sensor has malfunctioned previously so I assumed it was acting wonky again but this time it turned out to be something more serious. Eric Wilson was my service rep today so he had the tedious task of calling me three times to tell me the various items that needed attention and to tell me my options and reasons for what they thought should be done to fix each item. He was exceedingly polite, helpful and thorough from the time of my arrival and check-in right through to processing and explaining in detail the final bill. This is the third Subaru I've had serviced at Glanzmann, my second new car from them. My lease is up at the end of 2018 and I will most likely get another vehicle from them. More

I came to Dan on a Saturday morning when they were *extremely* busy, with a 4 week reservation schedule right after the holidays. My car is 500 miles shy of a 100k warranty and needed an 'emergency' Tech Analysis for documentation of a possible repair. Despite the line of people coming in and a required inpromptu reading of a technical bulletin, he heard me out, performed an analysis of the situation and immediately determined a course of action. I was transferred to Eric who quickly onboarded me. And in less than 10 minutes I was enjoying a coffee in their clean and comfortable waiting area. This location|department is extremely busy and they do a great job managing the operation. It's run by sharp and polite people that value customers and have pride in delivering quality. In addition to my own experience, I overheard several others who were in for tire pressure sensors and other minor service and they all appeared to have the same quality experience with the staff. All mechanical things break, it's good to meet people who work hard to make the maintenance process as pleasing as possible. Keep up the good work! === Edit: (((Post Service))) Despite every service manager's nightmare... a customer that has self diagnosed a problem AND recommended a remedy... Dan heard me out. And I respect him for taking the time to listen to a total stranger during a busy morning, to pause and place as much importance and attention towards my issue as I do. Not an easy thing to do, as I came prepared and sand bagged him with a problem I had researched for a warranty repair that I was prepared to defend. He surveyed the situation and made a quick and effective decision that resulted in a positive outcome. And for that I'm grateful, as it not only left me happy with the Glanzmann service, but also with the brand. Eric and the tech (Joe Betschner) successfully diagnosed the problem and located the service bulletin covering the warranty service. And...they had also performed a TSB on a wiper motor cover for me as well. On a really busy Saturday morning. Just so people don't expect rose petals at their feet, this took 3 hours in total. And I think that was more than reasonable considering no reservation whatsoever. I'm grateful to the dealership for objectively reviewing a warranty item. And thanks to their timely assistance, it was determined that repairs are covered under a SoA bulletin. The only complaint I heard all day (8:30a-11:30a) was a lady that wanted to fill her own tires with air in their service drop-off bay. I heard a lot of a service for TPMS (tire pressure sensor) and no charge. They did recommend certain reasonable service for (bulbs, brakes, wipers) after checking TPMS vehicles, but no heavy upsell. Power plugs and/or phone charging adapters in the wooden computer cubicles would be nice. I'm sure a risk manager would speak otherwise. Truth be known; considering I do almost all mechanical work on my autos myself, the dealer visit is......yeah, I dread it. I consider my dealer visit a defeat and I was literally at their mercy on this warranty item. But Dan and Eric turned it into a very pleasing experience and that's not easy. I've been buying parts from them for over 12 years. And I was really pleased with their service today as well. I hope they can maintain the professionalism, efficiency, ethics and synergy in their service department, it was a really refreshing experience. More

Poor customer service Terrible. My son and his dad purchased an Impreza.My son's first car. GPS not working properly. They set up an appointment and said it could take 3 to Terrible. After he came for his appointment at 11 am they told him they could not do anything and he had to wait for an update in spring if the issue could be fixed. They also were supposed to give him a 50 gas card for his car purchase. When he came for his appointment they told him it was passed the 45 days for issuing the card. He asked to come in months before to pick it up but they said they would give it to him when he came a few days ago but then said it was to late. This dealership should be embarrassed with their poor customer service. What a disgrace. I would not buy a car from Glanzman More

Earlier is better generally." I went the Friday before Christmas, and there were 5 cars in front of me. It took not a minute more than an hour and a half. I decided to wait. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee, other drinks and little snacks. All of the service personnel are friendly and helpful. More
