The waiting room is clean, pleasant, quiet, with lots of seating and kiosks for work, where I bring my laptop. Couldn't have been more efficient, and then they washed the car at no charge! It took me three visits to get the fading headlights and oxidized headlight covers replaced on my Subaru Impreza - Visit 1 was scheduled for a Saturday and I was told after I arrived that the work could not be done that day. Visit 2 I was informed that the wrong assemblies had been ordered. So when I arrived for what I intended to be my last try at this with Glanzmann and was told that the estimate I had been given was off (low) by several hundred dollars, I was not a happy customer. Jonathan handled the visit and could not have been more professional and helpful. Nor could he have done more to make things right for me. It was a very busy day there, and he kept me informed frequently of the status of the job. He was honest and forthright about everything from timing to the estimate issue. He also made an extraordinary effort to reconcile the actual cost with the estimate I had been given. Others in the waiting area saw and heard his conversations with me and were equally impressed with him. I left feeling much better about Glanzmann service - more like "old times" there - and hoping that I would be lucky enough to draw Jonathan for any future visits. He is efficient and a "worker" and his client management and human relations skills are top-notch. While waiting for roadside assistance, I made an appointment at Glanzmann to get a new tire as it was the closest Subaru service near me. I came into Glanzmann earlier than appointment and. Jonathan Cashman fit me in with ease. Jonathan not only set up car for new tire but also for service and inspection due the next month saving me time and energy on another appointment. Jonathan Cashman made my service experience the best as he was thorough, communicative, and professional. He was very pleasant to talk to and treated me and as I observed all customer's with the importance due each person. Prior to going to Glanzmann, I used John Kennedy Subaru.
