John was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered my many, many questions and was an excellent communicator. When I inquired about how to get sunscreen out of my leather seats he said he'd look into it. I was delighted to learn that he found the answer and was able to have my car cleaned and it looked brand new once again! I highly recommend Subaru service department. (As well as Sales where I have had an excellent experiences over the years purchasing my car! It's my third Subaru!) More

Great service, and the coffee is good, too! My Subaru has not needed anything but routine check-ups. So I haven't had to go to the service center that often, but each trip there has been a plea My Subaru has not needed anything but routine check-ups. So I haven't had to go to the service center that often, but each trip there has been a pleasant experience. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of coffee and snacks. The employees are really courteous and knowledgeable. Today there were two nice young men who took care of my car: Samuel Simkins and Eric Wilson. They both explained things clearly and were very respectful. I'll look forward to my next appointment with the Glanzmann service center. Thank you so much! More

They have always been supper supportive and helpful with getting my oil changed and the state inspection and most times I am deal with a very nice young lady, Christina . She has always been very very helpful cautious and supper nice, even when I dont have the paperwork that I should have she gave me help and time to get everything in order. I am writing this review because In my experience she has made all car dealership dealing enjoyable, easy and pain-free. More

E.g., I was told I had to pay for seat recovering since my seat warmer stopped working and seat had to be stripped down. I complained that both the warmer and the seat cover should be paid for by the dealer. When I picked up the car, it was fixed and Glanzmann picked up the entire bill. Recently had to have airbag replaced due to recall. After, I notice glove compartment door wouldn't close. Even without inspecting it, I got message that they would make it right; just bring the car in.. More
