Poor Communication We made an appointment two weeks ahead of time to have our car looked at. That Friday, we dropped off the car and got no call about progress. We called that afternoon to hear our car had not even been looked at, and would likely be looked at the following Monday. We were offered a loaner car to use in the interim. When picking up the loaner car, we requested and were guaranteed we would get a call when they took a look at our car. By Monday afternoon we had not received any call; we called them and were told they were working on our car and it was not clear all that would be done and the exact cost. We were finally able to pick up our car on Tuesday. Overall, there was a lack of communication on the part of the Service Center about what was going on with our car. It also was frustrating that we made the appointment two weeks in advance and our car was not even looked at that Friday, or over the weekend. More

Great service I bought my car in 2015 because Glanzmann was the most honest dealer I've come across in 68 years. There is a nice new service area with free Wifi, snacks and drinks and now a free car wash after you have your car serviced. You can't ask for more. More

We need more power outlets though and when the landscapers are around the entrance closing the doors would help to reduce the noise. The team works very hard from what I can see to ensure everything is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. The staff are friendly and courteous, most importantly they are honest about time and cost. The new facility is convenient and I love the fact that my car can get a power wash after the work is done. I also think that having a separate building for service makes it much easier than the old location where parking was tight and access could get difficult. The whole experience has been improved. It was the best experience by far!! She was extremely courteous, thorough, and very attentive. I am still thinking of my experience with her, and believe out of all the service people I've ever dealt with in my life, I'd give her a 100!! One more thing she was even pleasant and courteous when walking me to my loaner. So, overall I felt totally satisfied from the time I entered the service department to leaving -- she was phenomenal! So it gives me pleasure to compliment Eric for being at least as good as his competition. He was efficient, a good listener, thorough, and translated my general complaints to detailed instructions for Glanzmann's technician, Brian Pilz in this case. But most importantly, Eric stayed in close contact with Brian and for each of my nudging phone calls, Eric was up to date on my car's status. In the end, my bill was $50 less than quoted because two of the tasks required little technician time. A smaller-than-expected bill is wholly delightful for a car's owner. Congrats to Glanzmann for staffing your service department with capable, attentive, and knowledgeable professionals. More
