Excellent service except for the long wait for inspection Had a 9:45 appt but had to wait almost 2 hrs for an inspection (no emissions needed) . Service mgr Eric warned of the wait when I arrived. Major service, no headache Our 2008 Outback was due for 60,000 mile scheduled service and safety/emissions inspection. There was also a rattling noise in the undercarriage at low speed. After the technicians got a look, Eric informed us that there were numerous issues that could be put off for short while, but would need to be fixed in the not too distant future. Eric checked parts availability and then arranged to get us a loaner vehicle which we had for 2 days. Eric notified us by phone as soon as the work was finished, and made a point of informing us of the closing time. He also honored the 10% discount coupon on the entire bill, which was a big help on service this extensive. We have always taken our Subarus to Glanzmann for service, because we trust the service advisers and the technicians. We have never had a problem or a complaint about Glanzmann service, and we have referred many friends who ended up buying from Glanzmann. More

No Complaints This dealership was recommended to me, and while the actual purchasing process took longer than I had hoped, it was great. There was good customer ser This dealership was recommended to me, and while the actual purchasing process took longer than I had hoped, it was great. There was good customer service and a lot of information and communication. As for the service, all I had done was a CVT fluid top-off due to a recall, so I can't speak for anything more than that, but it they did top off the CVT fluid and they threw in a complementary multi-point inspection. It took a pretty long for just filling up transmission fluid (they estimated about an hour to an hour and a half; it ended up taking about two and a half hours), but they did apologize for the extra wait and explain what had happened (they needed to wait for the oil to cool off) and they did offer me a loaner car and a shuttle service, both of which were free. More

Great experience We had bought a brand new 2017 outback and when our salesman was showing us the features of the new car he push a button on the center consul and it s We had bought a brand new 2017 outback and when our salesman was showing us the features of the new car he push a button on the center consul and it stuck down. The service depart was able to pop it back out and order a new one. They replace it today and Eric Wilson was very helpful when I dropped the car off and picked it up. It was done really fast and the new one does not stick. Thanks to the the staff for making this very minor issue easy and quick to fix. More
