Great experience We had bought a brand new 2017 outback and when our salesman was showing us the features of the new car he push a button on the center consul and it s We had bought a brand new 2017 outback and when our salesman was showing us the features of the new car he push a button on the center consul and it stuck down. The service depart was able to pop it back out and order a new one. They replace it today and Eric Wilson was very helpful when I dropped the car off and picked it up. It was done really fast and the new one does not stick. Thanks to the the staff for making this very minor issue easy and quick to fix. More

Jesse, our service advisor, took care of everything including providing us with a rental car as the repairs required an overnight stay for our car. Jesse was very communicative and kept us " in the loop" every step of the way. In fact, Jesse noticed that the car needed a "recall" repair and had it taken care of while the car was in the shop. As usual, top notch service and a commitment to taking care of its customers. This is the reason my family wouldn't go anywhere else for its auto repairs. More
