The cost was only $30 because I had the Gold Plus Extended Warranty Plan, and the tire had only 10,000 miles on it. David Ullman was very cordial, and I also found out that I was not due for an oil change for another 1000 miles. This is my second Subaru purchased at Glanzmann Subaru, and the service has always been outstanding. More
Two Suggestions (1) Price should be rated with a different scaling system. Quick and easy Just a routine oil change and minor repair. The staff was helpful & friendly. The waiting area is clean, comfortable & provides free snacks & drinks. Wiring I bought my 2010 Impreza preowned in June and realized there was something amiss with the illumination. When it came time to get an oil change I had the tech take a look at it. After my wait they determined there was a short in the wiring but couldn't locate it and I had to get to work. By the time my next oil change came, I made sure i left the car with them to find the problem. I had to have my wiring harness replaced - no charge! A few days later as the cold kicks in i realized now my heat is only blowing through my defrost vent. I take the car back at the next available appointment time, they give my a loaner which couldnt have been easier and again they were able to fix my issue at no charge. From the minute i stepped into the dealership to only look at cars and even through these repairs, they could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I have worked with Jesse, Dan, and Allie and all have been so kind and patient. Neil, my salesman, was approachable and easy going. Even the gentleman in the finance office made me feel at ease. I love this dealership and i'm sure I will continue to have good things to say. More
