Oil change and tire rotation. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything went fine except they forgot to put my wheel lock key back in the car. The service advisor h I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything went fine except they forgot to put my wheel lock key back in the car. The service advisor had to go get it for me. This happens quite frequently. I never know if they put the wheel lock in the trunk or glovebox or cup holder or under the seat or forgot to put it back in the car at all. I have to go searching for it. What if I had driven off without checking for the wheel lock and then needed the key at another time? I wish they would make a habit of handing me back the wheel lock personally instead of making me look for it or driving off without it entirely. Other than that, it's a great dealership service center. More
