Oil Change + I came into the dealership for an oil change and thought I might need new wiper blades for winter. I appreciated the guy looked at my wipers, ran them I came into the dealership for an oil change and thought I might need new wiper blades for winter. I appreciated the guy looked at my wipers, ran them and said I could get through the winter just fine with them. He also suggested that I wipe them down with rubbing alcohol so they would perform better. How nice was that! It is a good feeling to be able to trust your service representative.and that has been my experience for the past year that I have owned a Subaru! More

Exhausted Collision Shop customer service is great. Cecil has done a great job keeping me informed and trying to taking care of problems on return visits, but Collision Shop customer service is great. Cecil has done a great job keeping me informed and trying to taking care of problems on return visits, but I don't think they have any quality control for services provided. Vehicle has been there 3 times for issues with the same repair and could use a 4th visit, but this is exhausting. Either they are trying to push repairs out the door as quickly as possible or they have inexperienced technicians that could benefit from additional training. More
