A wonderful surprise thanks to Sarah! My rear view mirror came off in my hands when adjusting. I called the dealership, took my car in the next day to have the problem checked out to see My rear view mirror came off in my hands when adjusting. I called the dealership, took my car in the next day to have the problem checked out to see what the cost might be to fix it. MUCH to my surprise, Sarah came to me in the customer waiting lounge, which by the way is very comfortable, and told me that it was an easy fix, my car was ready and lo and behold I did not owe anything.
