I have a 2019 Subaru Impreza which had been serviced where it was purchased. On recommendation of a friend, I came to Glassman. This was my first appointment for an oil change in the Service Departmen where it was purchased. On recommendation of a friend, I came to Glassman. This was my first appointment for an oil change in the Service Department. Roy answered my questions, explained everything in detail and had a great attitude. Mathew, the technician, came out and also answered questions about the inspection. Other necessary services were provided as anticipated. I found staff to be positive, knowledgeable and very helpful from being greeted on arrival to the cashier at the end. I drove out of service when I remembered that I needed a change on my dash board but did not know how to do it. When I came back in the staff recognized that I had just left and immediately came to the car. A service person got in and was able to make the adjustment. I will definitely will return to get service from this location. More
Josey has always been informative and kind. Austyn was especially attentive and helpful. He was able to trouble shoot an alert on my dashboard and went out of his way to correct it. When I arrived at the dealership for service, I did not have to wait at all. A service representative, I believe his name was Mike, was Johnny on the spot to help me. I am handicapped, so he offered to ass have to wait at all. A service representative, I believe his name was Mike, was Johnny on the spot to help me.
