When you enter the service center the staff focuses on listening to your concerns and how to resolve your concerns with your vehicle. A porter will pick you up when your car is ready. You are also given an estimate on the repair cost on the service for your car. If repairs cost are above the estimate you will receive a call informing you of the cost and the time needed for the repairs. The customer is always aware of the status of your vehicle More
