I was told the person who gave the initial estimate was "new." They were able to knock down the total price some when I complained and tried to hold them to their estimate: they took off the anti-microbial cabin air filter spray (which I appreciated). They were prompt and on schedule for my scheduled oil change. Customer service was good and professional. They thoroughly evaluated my car (multi point inspection), and found one more thing that genuinely needed maintenance, which I appreciate. Overall a positive experience, and I would use them again for service, even with the hour drive there and higher anticipated cost compared to non dealer oil changes. Waiting room was clean and someone came through to maintain it a few times while I was waiting there. More
