They help to keep the cost reasonable and accept my old coupons. First, the car is so great that I have not had to do any other work on it except maintenance. Second, in respect to maintenance, I am always respectfully shown and told what other maintenance is suggested, but I am also told what I can or really should do without spending the total amount stated. So much appreciate their honesty and respect. Three, this service dept is efficient and does not waste time. Plus we are given updates as the car is being worked on along with bagels, donuts, tea, coffee. From the beginning to the end, my experiences with Kia Service have always been outstanding, the reason I keep returning. More
