Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep Fiat - Service Center

I recently had my oil changed at Glenbrook Dodge. Rob Karr was my service guy and he did a great job! I got there a few minutes late for my appointment but he got me in right away. I was only coming in for an oil change but he pointed out some other services that I needed and he was still able to get me out of there within 1 hr-he even washed my car free of charge! I felt Rob Karr and the service team and Glenbrook Dodge did a great job and I will definitely be back again! More

I recently came in for service, Mike Fudge was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to understand everything(I,m woman over 60) I was greatful. I purchased a 2009 Charger (used) from Glenbrook. My salesperson was helpful and made my experience great (not pushy). I had a couple issues that showed up after I purchased the vehicle. I contacted the E-Commerce Manager by email and he responded right away informing me to bring it in and they will take care of it. They know the meaning of customer service.
