Waited almost three and a half hours after showing up on time for a ten minute software update that was mandatory and scheduled. The staff were friendly, but after two hours I asked and was told “soon” and time for a ten minute software update that was mandatory and scheduled. The staff were friendly, but after two hours I asked and was told “soon” and about an hour and a half later I was finally done. Not a terrible place, but I will stick to my preferred garage for regular service. When they did the inspection they also mentioned I needed brakes they wanted to sell me, which I didn’t need or let them do, and they missed the suspension issue (that I already knew about but wanted to see if they would catch.) thankfully I already had the appointment with my mechanic scheduled and done a day later. I just wouldn’t go out of my way to use the these folks for anything but a factory recall. More

Service they provide is good but are busy, could be because they are only hyundai store here. Had some simple issues which could not be accomodated in maintenance schedule, would have been lot better i because they are only hyundai store here.
