Couldn't fix my car Had a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. Check engine on all the time. This dealership couldn't or wouldn't fix it. Just wanted my money. Problem started at 30,00 Had a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. Check engine on all the time. This dealership couldn't or wouldn't fix it. Just wanted my money. Problem started at 30,000 miles and ended at 63,000 miles when I sold the money pit. Junk, Junk, junk. NEVER will buy another one!!!!!!!!! More
Price Disappointing Was disappointed wth the price for flushing and filling fluids (45,000 service). It was $320! I only did so because Justin stated the previous owner was negligent in servicing vehicle and the fluids were low and dirty. My regular mechanic advises against this, but decided to do it anyway this time. Also was told it would be $100 just to check a service light (TPMS light) on panel. (REALLY!?) Was very pleased with the oil change price of 4 for $68, but it seems like the rest of the recommended service points are a bit "over the top" in procedure and pricing. More

Great Service, but you pay for it. Just bought a Hyundai Sonata 2011 3 months age from Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep, It had 25000 Miles on it and I am now approaching 29000. No appointment needed I just happened to be in Fort Wayne and knew I needed a service done to my Elantra. I pulled in and they took my car right in. There was a young lady who took care of getting some chips out of my windshield with the necessary paperwork, but I am sorry I don't remember her name. Please reach out to her as she was awesome!!!! The staff is welcoming and respectful and most recognize that I am a regular customer. I am given a complete outline of the work to be done and the cost is accurate. The waiting room is a pleasant corner with space to get paper work accomplished awhile enjoying a free soft drink. The staff sticks closely to the amount of time so I can get a task done while my car is given the repairs or service it needs. This is my second car purchased from Glenbook.
