I'm sorry if I came off condescending. I certainly never want a customer to feel that way. I'm sorry my desk manager could not accept your offer. When I said "that can't happen", I probably came across to strong...I'm sorry. Over my life in the car business (my family owned a store in the 80's and 90's) I pretty much know what the cars cost and what a dealer will take for a car. I was relaying my thoughts to you. I believe that we did honor the price we agreed upon in the end and actually did better then the original price for the aggravation as well as lowered the agreed upon payment on the lease by quite a bit, but it doesn't change the fact that you didn't proceed the experience as good or enjoyable which is what we try to make sure all of our customers receive. Thnks for the response. You guys should of honored the price in the first place. Also, how do lug nut locks, nitrogen in tires and a tiny pinstripe cost $600? I paid $300 but feel ridiculous for agreeing to that.
