Excellent customer service! I went to many different dealerships in the St. Louis area looking for a used minivan. Out of the 6 dealers, this was by far the best, most respe I went to many different dealerships in the St. Louis area looking for a used minivan. Out of the 6 dealers, this was by far the best, most respectful, informative and non-pressure-filled experience. I worked with Jim Ottomeier who was excellent. He knew the vehicles well and pointed out the best features in each but also mentioned things people didn't like about each - which helped comparing cars be easier. He follow up the next day as he said he would. I would highly recommend this dealership. Also, this is obviously not the most important factor, but their show room is very nice, you feel like you are just as valued as someone buying a new car- lots of other dealerships have a very low-end area for used car buyers. Overall great experience! More

He was extremely knowledgeable about the Pacifica and was able to show/demonstrate all the features available. We shopped a few dealerships and Brad was the most pleasant to work with. He has a great sense of humor and was even very helpful after the sale (he spot polished/cleaned our van by hand and helped moved baby car seats). Throughout the sale, he was very responsive to emails, even responding back during his day off. He also worked late when we picked up our vehicle and didn't seem annoyed by it. Talk about going the extra mile! There was no arduous, drawn out negotiation session. He gave us a price, we countered and it was accepted! No going through tedious, individual line item savings; he just gave us a bottom line price that made it easy-peasy. We highly recommend Brad! More

Fantastic Experience Steve at Glendale Chrysler Jeep was fantastic to work with. We knew we wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee but were unsure which one we wanted to go with. Test drive/offer made and not accepted. Worked with Dan Kuhn and he was great I would be more than happy to work with him again, highly recommend his services. His sales manager (John) then came out and basically laughed at my offer. I proceeded to show him comparable prices I’ve seen online and had to constantly defend myself against his condescending tone. His exact response was, “pfft at that price I would buy all of them too” and then laughed and proceeded to belittle my offer for the next 10-15 minutes. He seemed like he tried to talk his way back out of how the conversation started but I don’t think he realized how condescending his tone was throughout the duration of my visit. This dealership could call me back tomorrow with my offer accepted and I would never do business there. John kept reiterating that he wanted me to leave the dealership feeling”happy” and all I could think about after I left was how arrogant he was towards me. I’ve never left a dealership before with the feeling of being laughed at by a salesman until today. More

Mistakes I leased a car here recently and it wasnt very smooth experience. So i made a deal with the car salesman Dan for a certain price on the car. He even had me sign a paper that said if he can give me that price will i sign paperwork? So i signed it. Once i got into the finance office the price was $1000 more somehow and of course the finance guy had no idea why.. So i left and the next day they fixed the price but gave me a flimsy excuse on the mistake.. Also, they tried charging me $600 for lug nuts, a tiny pinstripe and nitrogen in tires... complete ripoff. I paid $300 but shouldnt of paid anything as i didnt want it in 1st place. So i went back into the finance office to finalize the deal and firstly the guy was impatient and giving me attitude. I would of walked out but i wanted to get this deal done for my wife. Then when i asked about the interest rate it was about 1.8% higher than what Dan had told me.. I argued a bit and Jim basically said i could take it or find somewhere else to go.. Quite rude and unprofessional. When i went to pickup my car the lugnut key wasnt even in my new car so they had to install a new one which took another 30 min. Complete lack of attention to details. Car wasnt as clean as it should be. All they did was pull the stickers and tape off. There were sticky spots from the tape and other areas not looking sharp. Also, the car was 100 miles away so when it arrived at dealership it had those extra miles on the odometer which wasnt included in my paperwork.. i had to tell them to update that. If i didnt, they surely wouldnt have said anything about that or the lack of lug nut key. I would have appreciated a bit of proactiveness. Dan was a decent salesman. My blame is directed at the sales manager and finance. Overall, the lack of transparency, mistakes, bad attitude and no proactiveness made this a poor experience. More
