Outstanding from first phone call to the delivery After getting the run-around from two local dealer here in Wisconsin I reached out to Glendale because they had the EXACT 19' Cherokee we were looking After getting the run-around from two local dealer here in Wisconsin I reached out to Glendale because they had the EXACT 19' Cherokee we were looking for. Kevin Dilthey and I had a five minute conversation about the truck and the price. We struck an immediate deal and I made arrangements to come get it the following week. I drove down from Madison, WI (380 miles) with my RAM 2500 and a trailer. I was in and out with zero issues and everyone was very professional and polite. To boot, I work for a dog rescue and they had a dog they wanted me to bring back to Madison. It was a hot day and Kevin and the management had no issues with the dog waiting inside with me while I did the paperwork. It's out third Jeep and first from Glendale.
