My Rubicon was clean as a whistle and sharp as a razor upon delivery, couldn’t have been happier. Excellent customer service I went in to the dealership on Friday April 27th with some questions about a new car. Lambert Hanna was the dealer who greeted me. He patiently answer I went in to the dealership on Friday April 27th with some questions about a new car. Lambert Hanna was the dealer who greeted me. He patiently answered all of my questions and even ran numbers of a new purchase for me. Being a first time buyer I wasn't sure about leasing vs buying. Lambert showed me the break down of each. He was very thorough making sure that he not only offered what I was looking for,but also making sure that I had enough information to make an informed purchase. I spoke with him the following day with even more questions and once again the customer service was above the norm. I called again on Monday the 30th and changed to a different car, he gave me pricing on it, sent me a credit app and texted me to let me know that paperwork would be ready for me when I arrived. When I arrived the car was ready, full of gas and paperwork was waiting to be signed. Since it was the last day of the month the dealership was busy and I had to wait to speak with a financial rep. Lambert kept checking on me while I waited and even sent out for dinner since it was going to be a while. Once everything was signed, Lambert walked me out to my new car, set up my Bluetooth and showed me some things on the car. Only after making sure that I was informed did he leave but told me that if I had any questions to not hesitate to call. I used to work retail and unfortunately today customer service seems to be a thing of the past. From the minute I walked into the dealership, Lambert gave great customer service. Being a first time buyer and a woman, I was very leery about this process. He not only put my mind at ease quickly, but he was there every step of the way making sure that I was not only getting a good deal, a safe car but also that I knew what the process was to make those things happen. If you want exemplary customer service I highly recommend Lambert for all of your automobile purchases at Glendale Chrysler. More

Straight-Forward, No-Hassle, Customer-Centered Dealership My fiance and I have been looking for a replacement to our aging 2005 Town and Country and had decided on the 2018 Pacifica. We tried getting deals done at a few other dealerships, but salespeople over-promised, under-delivered, and flat-out lied to us. We were almost ready to quit, but we did one last search this morning and saw that Glendale had a van in the trim, color, and options we wanted. A bit of chat and a few phone calls with Steve Hemenway later, and we had a great deal. When we got to the dealership, Steve helped us with the preliminary paperwork and talked to us about the van. He was professional and courteous, and most importantly, he stuck to everything we had agreed to over the phone. When he handed us off to Jim Welch in finance, we had an equally straight-forward, professional experience. If you want a good deal with no hassle, give Glendale a shot. More
