Price he told me was the price I paid... Less than an hour Nathan told me what my lease payment would be on a Jeep for my wife with all the options. I said that was a little more than I wanted to spend, and he Nathan told me what my lease payment would be on a Jeep for my wife with all the options. I said that was a little more than I wanted to spend, and he included a soft top if I would sign the deal that day. We did, and the process was very easy. The exact price he told me is what the price was and soft top was in the back seat in a box, delivered to my office the next day. No negotiating, no headaches. I will buy my cars from Nathan in the future because of his timeless, honesty and ability to get a deal done for the exact car I wanted at very fair price. I have recommended friends and clients to Nathan in the past and will do so in the future. More

Jerry is a Cyberspace Sales Pro! I never thought that buying a car over the internet would have been so easy, but dealing with Jerry Kasten through emails and phone conversations made I never thought that buying a car over the internet would have been so easy, but dealing with Jerry Kasten through emails and phone conversations made this experience first class--because he is smart, has tons of experience, is intuitive, cares about his customers and follows up even after the money part of the deal is closed. Being in Kentucky and buying my Wrangler from Glendale in Missouri over the internet was kind of scary at first--with no human to human eye-contact, or physical hand shakes. But Jerry stayed with me through cyberspace and telephone, following up on every detail, answering all my questions and delivering the goods on every single promise he made to me. When the logistics company was ready to load my new Jeep up and deliver it to me 5 hours away, Jerry went to the lot AND IT WAS HIS DAY OFF, to ensure it was loaded up with everything intact and sent on its way to Kentucky. Everything went like clockwork, and I am sure there are many details that he took care of that I don't even realize. It is my belief that he works with a crack team at Glendale, people he depends upon to get his job done right and done well. It is my hope that he gets good compensation from his employer, and that they realize how excellent he is at what he does, what an experienced professional salesman he is.
