She heard my thought process throughout the experience and had done a great job talking me through all of my options. We let her know when we were coming in to discuss pricing, but when we arrived, she was with another customer and we worked with Josh last-minute. He was great and very friendly, but the consistency would have made me much more comfortable. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very welcoming!
