I was given excellent, in-depth explanations to all of my questions to ensure my understanding as well as additional information I may not have been fully aware of. I never felt as if there was anything being "hidden" within my deal that would benefit the dealership and not me as the customer which was reassuring. I will be back when it is time to get another! Editing to follow up with my service. I was told the paint pen would be mailed out and in my possession in a few days. It's now been almost 1 month since I bought the vehicle and have had zero communica paint pen would be mailed out and in my possession in a few days. It's now been almost 1 month since I bought the vehicle and have had zero communication from the dealership. I've called and left 4 voicemails and no return call. Additionally I was told today "it's the end of the month, so no sales managers are available to talk to you". Obviously they only care about getting customers in the door, not maintaining any level of service for those that actually purchase a vehicle. Even though I had an appointment, from start to finish the whole process took 4 hours. I got to the store at 3:15, took the vehicle for a test drive and sat down to go over numbers. a short while later we came to a conclusion, then I sat for 2+ hours waiting for the car to be "detailed" (sprayed with a power washer) and for finance to complete the transaction. At one point in the evening I was the only person in the entire building. No other employees were even there. I was expecting the paint to be touched up in a few spots, but parts was gone by that time, so they are mailing me a paint pen to do the work myself. This isn't something I as a dealership would expect my customer to have to do. A few other items that were brought up in the discussion were completely left out, requiring finance to have to call the bank back to change numbers, which raised my price. I walked out frustrated, and I know the employees could tell, but never offered any way to help or address my concerns. More
