Within 2 minutes I received a response via text, and within 5 minutes I receive I contacted Glendale Jeep on a Saturday evening through their website. Within 2 minutes I received a response via text, and within 5 minutes I received a phone call. I sent a build sheet to Matt Powers I received from Jeep.com and asked him if they could find me what I was looking for. Matt was able to work with the Sales Manager and find exactly what I was looking for in less than 2 weeks, and have it ready for me to pick up. Excellent Experience After visiting several other Dodge/Jeep dealerships in the area with less than ideal results, I came to this dealership after a recommendation from a After visiting several other Dodge/Jeep dealerships in the area with less than ideal results, I came to this dealership after a recommendation from a family member. Immediately upon entering the door, I was greeted and offered water. The staff is polite, professional, friendly and were laughing and joking with each other. Every conversation with me was met on a personal level as they shared information about themselves, their families and their personal experiences. My salesperson, Kevin, was knowledgeable and the least amount of pushing. He answered all of my questions honestly and would locate an answer if he did not know. While I was there, the employees had lunch delivered, (buffet style), and I was even offered a plate of food for lunch. The finance person, Brian, made the finance process a breeze. Nobody enjoys doing a lot of paper work but Brian made the process quick, easy and each piece of paper was explained in basic language so I knew exactly what I was doing. When I wasn't laughing, I was learning about the process and himself. It did not stop after there. I ended up trading in my car and forgot an important item inside of it. I soon learned my car was taken to an auction house. Kevin was able to contact the auction house, locate the item and even mailed it to me with next day delivery so I wouldn't have to drive back out there. I usually never write reviews, however, I feel its the least I can do after I was added to this, "family" for the day. More

After asking for Rick Rogers, he too greeted my husband and myself with a hello and a warm handshake. We told Rick what we were looking for and he immediately showed us the car we were looking for. Rick was very knowledgeable about the ram truck, he answered and explained every detail to the process regarding the leasing of the vehicle. The whole process working with Rick was really great and I would recommend this dealership, but Rick Rogers as well. Rick even stayed late to help us with the inside workings of the truck. He took his time to explain every detail of the truck and we were truly happy with our purchase. More
