Great Service/Repairs Experience with Tim Morici Tim Morici from Glendale was my service representative with respect to major alignment issues I was having, which necessitated an insurance claim. Mr. Tim Morici from Glendale was my service representative with respect to major alignment issues I was having, which necessitated an insurance claim. Mr. Morici went above and beyond to take care of me and help me through this process. He diligently followed up with my insurance company on my behalf even though they kept avoiding me, and immediately provided them with whatever paperwork they needed (which was a lot) so that repairs could be made. He communicated with me consistently and my car has been performing fantastically since the repairs.The insurance company tried to do the minimum, but Mr. Morici stood up to them and correctly proved to them that additional work was required. Mr. Morici was very professional and I would recommend him. More
Warranty issue Had an issue as we were coming to town for a ballgame. Had to be towed. They had got me a loaner. We got to the game. Car would not start I purchased my Jeep Cherokee new in 2015. It had issues with the GPS system etc which were corrected but I was disappointed that these weren't notice I purchased my Jeep Cherokee new in 2015. It had issues with the GPS system etc which were corrected but I was disappointed that these weren't noticed by dealership prior to pick up. I recently brought my jeep in because it wouldn't start. Found out it was because my key wasn't being recognized by the system. The first time I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. Then the second time that I went to pick it up they brought it out and the underneath of the dash was hanging down on the passenger side. When I turned off the car to tell my service consultant, he took care of it, but then my car wouldn't start again. They had to re-program my spare key that was in my purse telling me that caused the issue. I am just lucky that I didn't drive away and turn it off somewhere else and have to be towed again. Finally, most dealerships now return your car washed and vacuum which is definitely a treat and great customer service. This does not happen at GCJDR. More

8 hours of time wasted Very disappointed with the service that was given by the service department. I dropped of my Jeep for a factory recall and systems update. Knowingly, Very disappointed with the service that was given by the service department. I dropped of my Jeep for a factory recall and systems update. Knowingly, the vehicle would be serviced for a few hours i had no problem waiting in their comfy customer are with tv and decent wifi. As time passed i walked around only to notice my car was stacked in the back parking lot behind 3 others. It being a busy location i didnt think too much of it. after an 8hour wait, i was told my car would be ready for pick up. Upon arriving i still waited for 30mins for them to pull my car around! Excuses of "they lost the keys to the blocking vehicles" and "it should be around any second became tiresome". After loosing my cool is when folks began to scramble and cut keys and what not to have car moved. My biggest issue is how did the car get fixed if it never moved from its position and was blocked in?! No on gave a clear explanation, and continued to pass the buck to other workers. No one showed much sympathy nor apologized. Since it was a recall fix on a interior part, i have no way of knowing if my truck was fixed or not, so i feel i was just SOL. To add insult i simply wanted to see video of my vehicle being work on or moved into the bay, and sure enough, the camera over my jeep and nearby couldn't give a clear view of a worker doing the "work outdoors" as claimed...Very sad and disrpectful gesture on their part. Not to take the blame, nor apologize. They get so busy they feel that a certain few are able to fall thru the cracks. I dont plan on going back to that dealership, ill find another. More
