I have a very good warranty so things usually work out in my favor. The team are all nice and I like them personally. I don't like being told I need a new tire when it is only a flat repair. Since the service required is due to a failure by Jeep, it is extremely disappointing that they can't offer loaner vehicles to make the repair process much less difficult on the customer. More
