I was very disappointed with the communication from the team. I had dropped my car of for an electrical issues weeks before and was told it was fixed. I turned the car back and explained what I believed team. I had dropped my car of for an electrical issues weeks before and was told it was fixed. I turned the car back and explained what I believed to be the issue. I dropped my car off for an appointment on Monday. I heard nothing from the team for days. I called on late Wednesday only to be told they had just done a reset test today. Three days to do a reset. I was told they they thought it was a short and should be completed by Friday. Again I heard nothing and had to call on Friday afternoon only to be told they had basically done nothing. Come Monday I had to call again to get an update. Finally I was told it was a short in the tailgate wire which is where I told the team to look as there was an error on tail hitch warning when the short would happen. It then took 4 days to get the part. All in all it two two separate trips and over 15 days in the shop to find a short in a tailgate. It cost me over 1000 in rental cars even after some was covers by my warranty. The fact it took so long is amazing but the lack of communication was the worst. Not once did I receive an update unless I called. It was not like I was impatient I waited several days each time before I called. Service writers are incompetent and lied to me about repairs, technicians also not capable of doing their jobs properly. Tried to contact the service manager on several occasions which was not successfu repairs, technicians also not capable of doing their jobs properly. Tried to contact the service manager on several occasions which was not successful. Seems like he is well insulated from the problems of the service department. Last visit was better because it was for a recall however I had a simple with a warning light which he could have easily fixed for me but instead told me it would be $300 for a diagnosis. Ended up fixing it myself. Very poorly run department! Unfortunately I think all the dealerships are similar and because this one is close to me I’m stuck. Hopefully nothing serious happens cuz I have no confidence that they are capable of doing anything right. More
