Gas tank issue but wanted to charge me to check what the issue is. 2 safety recalls and the car going to stay with them for a week to check it, and then 2-3 months to fix if there's an issue. and on top o issue is. 2 safety recalls and the car going to stay with them for a week to check it, and then 2-3 months to fix if there's an issue. and on top of it, Stellantis was offering a low reimbursment for car rental and not paying for taxes or fees, I don't know why I have to paay anything for a recall. I even offered them to directly pay any rental company they said no. I've worked with MBZ, BMW, Audi and Honda, never had this issue, and the response of the worker when I told him that, all dealers are following their suit. I took back the car without safety work, because if the car stays for months, I cannot afford paying 2-3 months' worth of rental balance on top of lease payment. Never doing service at Jeep and can't wait to give the car back when lease ends, I will contact BBB too More
