Our sales person was Po and he was great. We made a deal on the phone and when we got to the dealer that’s the deal we got. No haggling no hassles and there weren’t any dealer add ons. Of course the finance guy got mad that we didn’t buy any of his overpriced warranties but that’s with any dealership. Sales staff needs to respond to walk in clients, even one like me, who just brought his new Jeep in for service. They percieve me as 'already recently sold' so are no enthusiastic to show me a new product li like me, who just brought his new Jeep in for service. They percieve me as 'already recently sold' so are no enthusiastic to show me a new product like the 4e Wrangler plug in hybrid. I am actually considering it for my next car when my current lease is finished... Only 24 months away. Service staff is very busy, but need to acknowledge a client waiting in the drive for service. Just say 'hello and I'll be right with you as soon as I finish with my current client. No one wants to be ignored or unappreciated. More
