I took my 2026 RAM truck in for an oil/filter change and asked them to top up all my fluids as I'm about to drive to the east coast. I reiterated this to the service advisor who confirmed before and after t asked them to top up all my fluids as I'm about to drive to the east coast. When the truck was brought around for pick up I popped the hood...and low and behold the fluids had not been touched! I told the service advisor who had the mechanic come out to top up the engine and turbo coolants. I just pray that the oil and filter job was done properly. The moral of this story is "trust but verify". Very disappointing Glendale DCJR. More

The wrong oil was put in my engine during an oil change. At the drop off a sheet of paper was printed with the wrong oil listed in the quote.
