The advisors are great and I’m sure they have said rules that they have to follow and they was very helpful. Unfortunately, your dealership was not helpful when I needed your help when I had my car since 20 that they have to follow and they was very helpful. It took three weeks to diagnose and replace the Intelligent Battery Sensor. That doesn't seem appropriate, and it took numerous interactions with Stellantis to have the issue resolved.
