A nightmare A thief damaged my ignition in an unsuccessful attempt to steal the car. The repair took a week longer than the service department said it would. When my wife picked up the car, it was covered with bird poop. The department gave my wife two key fobs that had not been programmed. I called the mgr. who promised to take care of the situation. When my wife called to make a return appointment, they said it would take 90 minutes to program the keys. When she arrived, it took about two minutes. But when she got home, only one of the three keys worked. I turns out that one of the keys was programmed only to open the door, another was programmed only to start the car, and the third was programmed to do both. More
