Making It Easy Glendale Hyundai made it easy even with our kids jumping around. Great staff and very informative. Wonderful customer service I went to test drive the 2012 Hyundai Accent and was paired with Michelle Moll. She was so friendly and knowledgable and made me feel so welcomed and I went to test drive the 2012 Hyundai Accent and was paired with Michelle Moll. She was so friendly and knowledgable and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She did not pressure me at all, which made it an enjoyable experience! When I came back with my parents to purchase the car, she was wondeful again. And so was Abel who helped me with the finances. The most comfortable buying experience I've ever had! I came in and worked with Michelle who quickly helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs and got me the lowest pricing that I've seen in all of my re I came in and worked with Michelle who quickly helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs and got me the lowest pricing that I've seen in all of my research without having to negotiate. I just sat down and they gave me the best they could do. Taking into account there are no suit and tie types making me feel nervous and pressured into buying something make it all the better. The finance process was jus as smooth. I worked with JB who presented the warranty options for me without making me feel like my car was going to explode if I didn't get them. I always hate going into finance when I buy a car but this was the easiest experience of my 50+ years of buying cars. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone interested in getting a new or used car! More

My first visit (12/15/2012) to Glendora Hyundai f or my 11 point inspection was a pretty good experience. Why, upon my arrival the service manager was prompt in getting my Genisi written up for service and 11 point inspection was a pretty good experience. Why, upon my arrival the service manager was prompt in getting my Genisi written up for service and he told me my car would be ready within an hour 10min. They were right on schedule. On top of that they extended me a courtesy car wash. Also their front office administrator were well versed on the mpg reimbursement program as they answered all my questions. More
