Nice Customer Service, a little lacking on service to my car I took my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in to have my back brake lights fixed, as well as find out why my car was making a rattling noise when I made right tur I took my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in to have my back brake lights fixed, as well as find out why my car was making a rattling noise when I made right turns. After a diagnostic, I found out that my car needed a new right front Axel, as well as brakes, etc. No problem, I agreed to pay $1288 to have all the repairs done. It took two days for my car to be fixed. AJ took care of me and was very friendly and attentive. Answered my questions and got back to my texts in a timely manner. After I picked up my car, I was continuing to hear the rattling noise. I contacted AJ and he was very nice and said to bring the car back in. Not a problem. My car sat for a day, I understand they were busy. On the second day AJ said that the left axel needed to be fixed. He apologized profusely and mentioned that I would only need to take care of paying for the labor, not the part. That seemed nice. On the third day my car was ready, but it was mentioned that the rattling noise was still heard and that no one could figure out what it was. They said the senior mechanic took a look and that it could be a problem with the body or the engine. This was a little troublesome, as now my car had been there for an extra two and a half days, and it was their second attempt at fixing the problem. I picked up my car and paid the $188 for labor. I was not happy about this, as I had paid $1300 the week before, and now I had paid for another axel that not only didn't fix the problem, but who knows if it needed fixing in the first place? If so, it should've been fixed when I brought it in the first time, as paying for an Uber back and forth can also be expensive. Again, AJ was great with customer service, however I feel that the mechanics are lacking when it comes to diagnosing a problem. In addition, although I apparently got the part for free, I don't think that it was fair that I had to pay an extra $200 in labor to then be told that the rattling noise was still going on. It's very hard to trust mechanics anywhere, but at a dealer where you are paying top price, you want to have the best most efficient service possible. I would recommend the customer service at this dealership, however I feel that it is lacking when it comes to diagnosing and fixing problems. More
