Ok Service There was no one to guide me outside. The parking lot was packed and I had to double park my car to run inside and I asked anyone where to go for serv There was no one to guide me outside. A man then directed me to go the other side of the building so my car can be serviced. I drove to the other side and again no one approached me. There was no where to park my car and I just had to wait. There were no clear indications of where to go or who to talk to. The good part of this place is they are very clear about what you need and what they did. I was satisfied with their work. Lastly, when they brought me my car I was waiting in the waiting room inside the building. A guy brought me my keys but my car keys were not in them. He parked my car outside with the window rolled down and my car key inside. My car could have been stolen while he went to get me. They need to fix these service errors. All the work I needed to be done was taking many hours. Good thing is there are two malls right down the block. I spent the better part of my day there. More
