This is by far the worst dealership. Shane the service advisor is a piece of sh**. He over charged me and pocketed the money. I called and spoke to John the manager and he agreed I was overcharged and Shane knew what he was doing. I went for an oil change and on the paperwork it’s documented my truck takes 6 quarts of oil. Shane proceeded to argue with me that my truck takes 8 quarts & supposably the number documented is incorrect. It got to a point I was so annoyed and wanted to leave due to how long everything was taking, that I just paid. I went home and did my research and turns out the paperwork is correct and he lied to me in my face. Don’t go to this location and if you do make sure they don’t throw in any extra fees just by choice. It’s so sad dealerships have such a terrible rep and it’s people like this…. that they hire. More

I switched to Glendora from the Upland Chevrolet after I couldn't get an appointment. That's when I found out the Service is better overall. Starting with Omar ,He is attentive and knowledgeable. Those at the Service Department were able to fix the issue with my Silverado quicker than expected. They were good with calling to let me know what was happening so I could pick it up that same day. Since the truck was already at the dealership for an emissions issue that was covered by a Manufacturer’s warranty, I was able to get the transmission fluid changed, which needed to be done. I drive a little further to get to Glendora Chevrolet because I like working with them. More

My advisor was Omar he was great with what he had to work with, someone that called out which I know can happen and no manager.
