I do not appreciate how this Jim dealership treated me. I’m a retired military personnel. I gave 23 years of service in this country and when my rental was stolen from Chevy, they did not help me at all wi I’m a retired military personnel. I gave 23 years of service in this country and when my rental was stolen from Chevy, they did not help me at all with anything I needed was an information from the rental to be able to make a police report neither the service advisor or the supervisor even attempted to help me at all. I had to pay everything out-of-pocket, if they would’ve helped me with simple affirmation from the rental like the VIN number and license plate, I would’ve been able to make a police report in time and been able to be reimbursed and when this originally happened I called them several times and they would take 2 to 3 days to give me a call back it just seemed like they did not care. I would not recommend this location for anyone. My service advisor was Ronaldo in the supervisor‘s name I think is John the supervisor didn’t even attempt to talk to me or try to help me out. Do not go to this location. More
