There something VERY Wrong with this dealer, their service department is terrible, they don't call you to tell you whats going on with your car, and you call them, they never return your call, also ev service department is terrible, they don't call you to tell you whats going on with your car, and you call them, they never return your call, also every time I brought my car in for service something else would be wrong with the vehicle a week later, I brought the car in for a oil change and 60,000 mile service and $900.00 2 weeks later I notice fluid in my driveway, I take it back they said it know needed a new oil pan because it was leaking, I thought how funny that every time they work on my car something gets broke,on top of that 1year 7mos ago they had fixed the oil pan,said it was resealed, now it leaks after the recent oil change, also my warranty has expired, so I told how does a part that is only over a 1 1/2 that was fixed is leaking again? then was told that is was was plug and they wear out. I've had cars for over ten years and never once had a oil plug problem, now they want to charge me $600 more just after I paid $900 to fix, also this went on for 2 weeks, they had my just sitting there,they said they were waiting on the warranty to see if they would cover this, after 2 weeks they finally called me yesterday and told me all this, I told them no way,that I was picking up my car right now, I complained to the service dept how awful I was treated,, and also the manager the the service was horrible, was told sorry you feel that way, no apologies. I told them I would never go to that dealer again. I wish I had read all the negative views on this dealer, I would have never gone there, I'm trying to find a resource that would do some kind of investigation on this dealer, they seem very shady on their services, they are not an honest business, they lie a lot. so get this I took my car to a regular mechanic and he said the oil pan is leaking and does not look like it was ever repaired, and the oil plug is fine, so yep they LIED!!!! Don't go to this dealer, very crooked! More

Service Scam We maded a appt and the truck was never test driven or checked at all it just sat there all day we know this because we wrote down the miles. We brought it in for a noise in the front and I payed my employee's to sit and wait at the shop to pick up the truck because it was to be loaded for that coming Monday and when we called and called and called we where told that it was being worked on!!! but when we got there at 5 pm on Friday we where told that we need the fuel system to be flushed right now for $1700 or if we waited it would be $2500 later! we brought it in for a break problem and noise and your company never checked anything. We where told when we were there that all the cars and trucks that we could see have been waiting for weeks for parts and certified mechanics to have time to work on them. And when I said forget it I was called buy a sales person on site asking me if I wanted to trade in my 2016 truck because of its miles, it only has 48,000 miles on it. WOW WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND WHAT A SCAM YOU GUYS ARE RUNNING THERE!!!! More

Shady We were told Mobile One oil would be used, it was not. We also had two oil changes done with two vehicles that should have been the same price. The invoicing is not clear and has different misc charges on each. We were charged a line item for tire rotation of $25 in which we did not authorize or want. When we questioned it the manager told us it was included for free with the oil change, but couldn't explain why the line item on the invoice stated "$25 tire rotation". We have lost faith in all Chevrolet Dealers and their shady practices. More

Transmission test drive May 2019 Vehicle was left at service to be checked for a noise problem and had 3/4 tank of gas. Next day, I was told that they had driven over 90 miles and found no problem! My TRUCK was returned to me with less than 1/4 tank of gas remaining and a new steering problem, which had developed. I found this out as I was driving home from the dealership. Driving home, the whole truck was shaking and the steering kept drifting to the right. I do not know where they were driving but this is not an OFF-Road vehicle! GLENDORA CHEVROLET WILL NOT BE SEEING MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!! More

A few weeks ago brought the car in to have oil changed and check oil gauge erratic movement and a/c not working. Got a call and recommended to replace cluster and the whole a/c unit as it sezied and compromised the whole system. Recommended full suspension work too! The cost to fix was almost $10,000!! Unbelievable, just went for the oil change and they charged 150 diagnostic for the cluster and the a/c. Last time they did a diagnostic they charged 70, I don't know what the reason why it doubled. Long story short, I got the a/c fixed for a quarter of what they quoted!!! Be very weary folks when you take your car in for service... in fact I am staying away from now on. More

Overcharged for service Went for a oil change and November of 18 what is charged for 7 quarts of oil and the car that holds 5.3 quarts contacted Chevrolet corporate trying to Went for a oil change and November of 18 what is charged for 7 quarts of oil and the car that holds 5.3 quarts contacted Chevrolet corporate trying to get a refund of the overcharge it is now April 7th of 19 and I have not received the check on the 6th I called the service manager and the general manager in the morning and have not heard since corporate is telling me that the check is ready 2 weeks ago the service manager told me he was mailing it if you have any sense at all you will not utilize this dealership it was a one-time service I was not able to drive to Long Beach when I purchased my car to get serviced where I've had zero issues also they did not reprogram the tire sensors so now on my guide my front tires are my rear tires and my rear tires are my front tires Run Drive just do not utilize this dealership More
