DISHONEST Finance Manager pretended he didn't know what internet pricing was. He also pretended not to be sure which incentives we were eligable to receive. Said we got an additional $2000 , $1000, $250 , etc. In the end my son wound up paying $1000 that they snuck back into the contract and they charged a huge amount for the lojack that the already added to the vehicle. Sad because we were loyal Jeep/dodge customers. But the fact that they cheated my son on his first new car really bothers me. On Easter Sunday too!!!! More

Best Dealership. EVER. I had been in the market for car for quite some time. I am a college student and I’m broke as xxxx so I was looking for a used car! Every dealership w I had been in the market for car for quite some time. I am a college student and I’m broke as xxxx so I was looking for a used car! Every dealership we went to tried to rip us off. They tried to sell us cars with safety recalls (One even had a jammed seatbelt issue), several reported accidents, even manual cars when I told them I don’t feel comfortable driving manual. The last dealership we went to tried to sell us a 2013 Kia Rio that looked really nice but it sounded so awful during the test drive and they didn’t want to tell us what was wrong with the car. Fast forward to this Glendora dealership (We didn’t even make an appt.) and we were so impressed with their stock when we pulled in! Jim Brooks helped us out AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN. He took real good care of us. There was no xxxxxxxx. He answered all of our questions, gave us great facts about the car and brand. We looked at a 2014 Kia Rio which was just so beautiful and clean inside and out. It drove so smooth too! Overall it was a very nice experience! We arrived at 9am and were finished before noon! You can tell that Jim loves what he does and he has loads of experience and knowledge. The relationship between the staff at this dealership was striking. They’re extremely professional, but they’re all like family. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car. More
