He was patient responding to all my questions and extremely professional and helpful through the entire phase of the leasing process. He was wonderful to work with. Exceeding expectations Over the many years of car and truck purchases, I've had the opportunity to deal with many different dealers and their salesmen. More often than not, Over the many years of car and truck purchases, I've had the opportunity to deal with many different dealers and their salesmen. More often than not, once the vehicle was chosen and paperwork began, it was as if I, the buyer, became another number in the dealers’ effort to just secure another sale. Regardless how I've purchased the vehicles; whether paying for them in full or financing them; it simply took a lot of time, I always felt as if I was being taken advantage of, and I couldn't wait to leave. When my wife and I decided to purchase a car for one of our daughters, we began looking for cars on our cell phones in our bed the other night, and sent inquiries about the cars that interested us. Although we should have known better due to the many years of previous experience knowing that's not the wise thing to do we, nonetheless, became inundated the next day with lots of dealer emails and phone calls. Although this unwise method gave us lots of options; when talking with Eric Delatte at Glendora Dodge, it just felt right. His genuine sincerity, willingness to support and help in any way he could was clearly evident; yet we know you never know until you get to the dealer. Nonetheless, the way he handled our concerns and the details in our phone conversation was really important due to our being about an hour and a half away; if there was no traffic. From the time we arrived, sat down, negotiated, and concluded signing the paperwork: nothing changed from the original phone conversation of the new car or our trade in that I had described over the phone. The interests of Eric and his team, from start to finish, never deviated from their initial honesty and sincerity. When everything was complete and we were ready to go, we felt part of a family, and since the car was for our daughter, we found rest knowing she was in good hands. For the first time, we received more for less money and gained a great relationship from the entire experience. We will never go any other place, nor will we refer any other dealer than Glendora Dodge. More
