Got screwed over big time. Bought a 2020 Telluride in February allegedly in good condition. Bought it online; never again. After them advertising several options that I found it didn’t have (after delivery) and only one remote, I totally lost faith in them. Luckily I had bought the Endurance insurance. Had to get a new transmission within a month and now found that the rings in the engine are bad. In July I was wondering why the vehicle was starting to run rough, well it was 4 qts low (out of 7). Took it to Kia and found it has bad rings and burning oil. I have to add a quart every 700 miles, otherwise the only way to fix it is with a new engine. I will NEVER recommend this dealership! If I could give it less than a 1, I would. More

The experience was nothing but lies from the very beginning phone call. Shady dealership thinking they can bully a bomb woman. Not happy for over a month, bought paid for and NEVER received my truck beginning phone call. Shady dealership thinking they can bully a bomb woman. Not happy for over a month, bought paid for and NEVER received my truck. Title work was a mess, they didn't even get my address correct and had to overnight the paperwork. It got so bad, we had to hire an attorney! This is the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. I would run! Lies and deceptuon for over a month! Very bad finance experience. Never had a finance person yawn threw the entire process, which only took 5 minutes and rushed out the door. I believe his exact words were, "We are about to get busy" and motioned us to the door. So unprofessional. Hard lesson to learn, but thanks for the lesson Steve Hood and you pal Mason More
