HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT- Took car in for repairs, not until late afternoon when I call it was learned that the car would need be in overnight. They indicated that they would have someone pick me up to ge until late afternoon when I call it was learned that the car would need be in overnight. They indicated that they would have someone pick me up to get a loaner. 45 mins later they said the person was in traffic and would be there shortly. 3 hours later I called said the guy went home and I would have to take a cab and that they were closing in 35 mins. I had to get a hotel room as I am not from LBO when I went to retrieve the car I waited for 10 mins went back the Cashier and asked how much longer it would be. She replied she forgot to tell the Porter. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND More

I bought a new Jeep from another dealer, but Larry went the extra mile and almost got the deal. I think he is pretty trustworthy. I would have bought the Jeep from Larry at Glenn Thomas but they did not ha the extra mile and almost got the deal. I think he is pretty trustworthy. I would have bought the Jeep from Larry at Glenn Thomas but they did not have the same options available from the other dealer "on the lot." More
