I purchased Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn in 2023, it was registered and inspected and everything worked perfectly. One day I was driving in the freeway, and I was going 65mph and it dropped to zero. I had A registered and inspected and everything worked perfectly. One day I was driving in the freeway, and I was going 65mph and it dropped to zero. I had AAA take my vehicle to the closest Dodge Dealership to my home. I ended up in Glenn E Thomas Dodge Service Department. I was informed that there was a Recall and the entire high pressure fuel system and pump needed replacement. The vehicle did not run. They had the truck for over a month. Consequently, the vehicle had metal shavings throughout the fuel system. A year later they are now replacing the pump. But they are not repairing the damage that this recall causes to my vehicle. I contacted Corporate, I contacted the RECALL Department and they all agreed that the high-pressure fuel pump can damage the catalytic converter. The main symptom was that the car had loss of power in the engine which leaves unburned fuel inside the catalytic converter. Prior to this RECALL incident I had no problems with the vehicle. Right after I picked up my car the Check Engine Light was on and I took the truck back. Their mechanic told me that the catalytic converter was damaged. The service light continued to go on and off and dealer did not do anything to fix the problem. Now that the fuel pump parts are in and I explained that the check engine light is still on from when I originally took the vehicle to them, they refused to repair the truck. I spoke to Anthony who is useless, never returns the call zero follow up, and has the nerve to lie about the entire process. I spoke to Corey Wong who again said if Corporate tells me to fix it I will. Well he told Corporate a different story. He told Corporate that the CC was not damaged by the recall. Who damaged it? Prior to the recall my CC was working just fine. It passed the smog test and ran perfectly. How do you look someone dead in the face and LIE to them?? They expect me to believe that I caused the metal shavings to go through the system and damage my vehicle by just driving it. The vehicle was NOT drivable there is no way I could have caused it.This recall damaged my vehicle and neither Dodge or the Dealer wants to take responsibility for not addressing the consequential damage this recall did to my vehicle. Furthermore, they now want me to pay for them looking up the Service Code that has been on and off SINCE they did the repair. This service Department is irresponsible, negligent, and they can care less about the customer. They look you straight in your face pretending they care but they don't. They let you walk out of the service department with a broken vehicle, and they blame the customer for its use. I still don't have my truck. They can keep it! I will start forwarding my monthly bill to them and have them pay for it. Companies like this cause a customer to reach out to social media and perhaps gather other customers they did this too and sue them. What is it going to take for Dealership to improve their service? Do they need to be in the News and be exposed? so the public is aware of their service practices or lack of it. More

My service advisor, Tony, never followed through, and it took escalating just to get a rental car. Even the general manager, John Davis,ignored my first email and only responded after TWO WEEKS and a second, more demanding email. If this is how leadership operates, no wonder the whole place is a mess. The only reason my Jeep ever got fixed was because Corey stepped in and took over. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Finding a dealership service center that truly excels in customer service and offers fair pricing can be a challenge (especially on the westside), but I decided to make the drive down south and my recent ex customer service and offers fair pricing can be a challenge (especially on the westside), but I decided to make the drive down south and my recent experience at Glenn Thomas Chrysler was outstanding. I brought my Chrysler in for some warranty issues that my local dealership was quoting a two-week diagnosis time for, without a loaner. Glenn Thomas Chrysler's service advisor got me in the very next day and immediately set me up with a free rental. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within just one day, which was incredibly efficient and a huge relief. While my car was there, I also asked them to change my cabin air filter. I was pleasantly surprised that their price for this service was significantly less than what I've been quoted at other dealerships. A special shout-out to my service advisor, Anthony Silva. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of service and fair pricing I received at Glenn Thomas Chrysler is truly commendable. It's refreshing to find a dealership service center that prioritizes the customer and gets the job done right and quickly. Westside dealerships - you need to take some notes. More

Tom, the service manager, not only provided great customer care at the service department, but also had gone out of his way to get us a full refund for an out-of-town car rental when we encountered a car issue (which was later determined to be caused by a car software glitch). The truck is great and we love it! Glenn E Thomas remains to be our favorite dealership! More

After months of bouncing to various shops and dealerships to try and solve a shifting issue with my Jeep, I brought it in to Glenn E Thomas, where I had originally purchased. This was not an easy task to sou to try and solve a shifting issue with my Jeep, I brought it in to Glenn E Thomas, where I had originally purchased. This was not an easy task to source the cause of the problems, but I'm greatly appreciative of the help from my service advisor, Rudy Petersen and the service manager Tom Bonnstetter who really went to great lengths to get to the bottom of things, including working with Chrysler on my behalf. Not all dealerships would have taken the time, and I am tremendously grateful for their patience and commitment to taking care of their customers. They've earned my loyalty. Thank you Rudy & Tom! Today was my third visit to Glenn E Thomas, and I must say, everybody here is great!!! Walk thru the door to a smiling face asking how can she help? She directs me to parts to buy a couple items, parts guy is great, gets me a key fob, he sends me to Frank in service to have it programed, first thing out of Franks mouth, lets get this done for you sir. He tells me it takes about 45 minutes to program, go relax in our waiting room. 29 minutes later comes and tells me my truck is ready. This is on a saturday with no appointment, I broke my key, and they had me down the road in no time. Great people here!!!! Next truck or jeep I buy, it will be here. Thank You... More
