Friendly and fun experience test driving different vehicles from the large inventory. We selected a couple to choose between, then spent all the time we wanted going through the packages and costs of vehicles from the large inventory. Worse experience ever!! They don't care for customers. My car has had numerous problems within the first year. They don't care and are doing nothing about it. They told me the part would arrive in one week, a month later they never called to tell me the part arrived. I had to call the dealers general manager John Davis only to find out the part has been there. With all the problems and issues with the car, they still don't want to do a trade for me. They offered a trade in deal that would cost me money!. Would never recommend this dealer to anyone. It's horrible. More

I've been shopping for a 4-5 months. I basically knew what I wanted. I've shopped over 7 dealerships so I became familiar with their models and options. Steve is prompt with returning emails and he's upfront, sincere, professional and knowledgable, which are not typical traits of a sales person. Again I did my research and was very patient for almost half a year. I live 4 blocks away from Buerge Jeep dealership in Los Angeles/Santa Monica and I warn all patrons not to go there. I will be driving 60 miles to Steve's location to have my car serviced. I can't understand how Buerge survives other than taking advantange of people. Note new models do not require oil changes so often like older cars. However the Buerge Service guys insists I should come in every 3,750 miles. In the manual it even says 8,000. Obviously they do not know their own products. More

Pointed out some options we were not aware of to get the right vehicle for our needs, such as 3.73 rear end gears which will be great when we lift the Jeep and install taller tires. Delivery time was ahead of schedule at 5 weeks instead of 6 weeks quoted. Very friendly and fast service at this dealership. Jim Henderson, the sales manager is also very knowledgeable and patient with the buyers needs. Many phone calls were made to us throughout the order process to keep us informed as to the progess of our Jeep's production. More
