Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry the visit felt frustrating, especially when you are already dealing with a recall situation. Your time matters, and I understand how an hour wait for an oil change and a delay on parts would be disappointing. I do want to clarify one point for transparency. When it comes to recall repairs, we are required by Stellantis to complete safety recall work on unsold inventory before those vehicles can be sold, and to do so immediately when parts are available. That is part of our agreement with the manufacturer and not a decision we make locally. At times, that can impact parts availability across the entire dealer network, especially when supply is limited. That said, I completely understand how it feels from your side when you are waiting on parts for your own vehicle. We never want customers to feel like they are second in line, and I will continue working with our team to communicate timelines as clearly as possible and get parts installed as quickly as they become available. Thank you for your patience and for trusting us with your vehicle.
